Are you bringing your kids along with you on your trip to North Myrtle Beach? Sounds like a blast! While the area is known for its beautiful sandy beaches, North Myrtle Beach is also home to several kid friendly attractions that the whole family can enjoy!

From animal parks to outdoor activities and more, check out some of our favorite kid friendly attractions in North Myrtle Beach:

810 Billiards & Bowling: Formerly 710 Bowling, 810 Billiards & Bowling is a cool hang out for kids and adults of all ages. This upscale bowling alley and entertainment center is home to 14 standard lanes as well as 6 boutique lanes. In addition to bowling, 810 also boasts a variety of games such as billiards, foosball, board games, corn hole, darts, and more. While you’re here, enjoy the full-service restaurant!

Alligator Adventure: What kid doesn’t love cool animals? Alligator Adventure is one of the most fun kid friendly attractions in the North Myrtle Beach area. Located at Barefoot Landing, this nature and animal park is home to several types of species of alligators and crocodiles, as well as reptiles, amphibians, hyenas, squirrel monkeys, flamingos, bobcats, and more.

Barefoot Landing: This open-air entertainment center is a must-visit while you’re in North Myrtle Beach! Barefoot Landing has something for everyone – from unique stores to restaurants and bars, there are plenty of things to see and do. Plus, kids will love the Barefoot Amusement rides, LuLu’s Beach Arcade & Mountain of Youth Ropes Course, and T.I.G.E.R.S. Preservation Station where they can get up close and personal with baby tigers.

Go Ape: Do your kids love being outside? Then Go Ape is the place to be! Families will enjoy treetop obstacle courses as well as ziplines in the woods of the North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex. The minimum age for the Treetop Adventure is 10 years old, however, there is the Treetop Journey that was created for children 10 and under! This way, the whole family can have fun together.

Mini Golf: It’s no secret that North Myrtle Beach is home to several mini-golf courses, as they’re easy to spot traveling up and down Highway 17 Business. Mini-golf is always a fantastic go-to choice when searching for kid friendly attractions. From dinosaur themed courses and putt-putt layouts designed around volcanoes, there’s a fun adventure waiting at any course you choose!

Shark Wake Park: Despite what the name may suggest, there’s no actual sharks at Shark Wake Park. This cable wakeboarding park is great for riders of all skill levels. Kids and adults who have never been wakeboarding or water skiing will learn how to do it all while having fun in the sun. Shark Wake Park, which is located at the North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex, also boasts Obstacle Island – a huge floating playground that is awesome for kids as well as those who are kids at heart.
